Washed my hair and used the 'jet' blower - it came out jolly good, for once. In the afternoon Chump and me made Choc Oat Cookies but they came out all wrong. I used the wrong chocolate. I also burnt them.

Then saw The Newcomers on TV, and the actor who plays Phil (Jeremy Bulloch) reminds me of HIM! Read through my Diary last year, all about him. It was so much fun for Anya and me - a year of surprises. Why did he have to go and teach in Leicester?

He was so perfect and, I realise, fulfils all five qualities I look for in a man.
  1. Intelligence (meaning an interest in world affairs and culture)

  2. An understanding of himself (Daddy says this is so important)

  3. A lively and individual personality

  4. Ambition

  5. Good looks (obviously)

I miss him so much.
